Japanese Selvedge Denim
Woven on vintage shuttle looms. The tight weave resists fraying at the edge — no raw cuts, ever.
Veneto, Italy
Italian Suede
Full-grain split leather, buffed to a matte finish. Develops a patina that maps every wear.
US Army surplus, 1968–1974
Deadstock Military Canvas
Pre-washed, pre-broken-in. The weave already knows what it's doing — we just give it a new mission.

02 — The Craft
Curved by hand.
Every single time.
A Brim brim is never flat-packed. The arc is set before it ships — so the first time you wear it, it already knows your head.

Pattern Cut
Each panel is cut by hand from a single-layer spread — no stacking, no drift.
Brim Forming
The brim is curved over a heated iron form, then pressed cold to hold its arc permanently.
Crown Assembly
Six panels, one seam at a time. Tension is matched by feel, not by machine setting.
Sweatband Set
Italian grosgrain ribbon, stamped with the edition number before installation.
"The brim remembers the shape we gave it. Ten years later, it still holds."
— Kenji Mori, Head Craftsman
03 — The Edition
200 pieces.
Then it's gone.

Edition

of 200
Every Brim carries a stamped lot number on the interior grosgrain. When the run sells out, the number closes. No reissues, no restocks, no exceptions.
Live availability — Run 12
04 — Three Lives
Same cap.
Three worlds.
The Brim doesn't dress for the occasion. It shows up, and the occasion adjusts.
